Today we got the VIP treatment at Security Alarm of Southern & Central Illinois. General Manager Josh Dice and Director of Marketing and Advertising Joy Dice Conner met with us and shared their stories, the history of the company, and the importance of building culture. They gave us a facilities tour, and we finished with a fun exercise in calculating direct and fixed costs and how to value and price your products and services. Josh and Joy place importance on people, and we noticed. Thankful for their excitement to have us and share their experience with us.
