We are incredibly grateful to Rich Crouse, owner of Crouse Funeral Home and Crematory, for welcoming our Little Egypt CEO students for an insightful tour of his facility.

Rich shared the history of the 130 year old building, gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the day-to-day operations of the business, and spoke from the heart about how his work is more than a career—it’s a true calling and ministry to serve families during some of their most difficult times.

Thank you, Rich, for your transparency, wisdom, and for showing our students the impact of leading with compassion and purpose.
