Our Little Egypt CEO crew teamed up with Jefferson County CEO for a fun morning of DISC, teamwork, and a little friendly competition! 🙌

Chris Egelston from the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship helped our students dig a little deeper into their DISC styles and see how those different personalities show up in the way we communicate and work together.

And of course…what better way to put it into action than a Marshmallow Tower Challenge?! 😂🏗️

There was plenty of creativity, teamwork, and probably a little frustration mixed in, too! But that’s the point—we all bring different strengths to the table, and learning how to use those strengths together makes us a better team.

Chris even added a little magic to the morning 🃏 and reminded us that there’s more than one way to build a winning hand! Thank you Chris for such a great morning!
