Ideas are great… but a plan is what brings them to life!

A HUGE thank you to Mark Jornd for spending time with Little Egypt CEO and Jefferson County CEO and helping our students understand the importance of business planning! 👏

Students teamed up in small groups, were given a business idea, and got to work! They worked through the different pieces of creating a business plan and then put their new business ideas to the test with a 60-second pitch! 🎤

From brainstorming to budgeting to pitching, our students got a little taste of what it takes to turn an idea into a real business.

And the timing couldn’t be better as we head into class business season! We’re excited to see where their ideas, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills take them!
